Football has been a huge success within our school since the start of the academic year. We have had a consistently high number of attendees, with a huge surge in girls attending. We have had to build a team from the ground up with no previous school football training for any of the children involved. Regardless of this, all the children have made huge amounts of progress and have merged into an outstanding team.
The boy’s football team is currently mid table in their league with one game to go. We have built a solid foundation for the following academic season and we are super excited for the tournaments and games to come. The girl’s football team are currently training up for their tournament on the 28th February, where they have been selected to represent Nottingham Forest.
