Today our adventurous Year Three pupils gathered their wellies and set off for Rand Farm in Lincolnshire.
During what was an action-packed day, the children learnt about life on a working farm and -in true Crabtree style - took on various farming challenges with a steely determination. Animals had to be fed, cleaned out, and butter had to be made, but nothing proved too much for our fantastic mini farmers.
It wasn't all work though! After lunch there was time for some fun which included a tractor ride around the farm and a visit to the magnificent adventure playground.
We'd like to say a huge thank you to the animals and staff at Rand Farm Park who made us feel very welcome during our visit and helped us create memories that will last a lifetime!
